The young boy sat quietly as the friendly lady drove him to the sheriff station. He stayed quiet during the drive. The woman found him hiding in her shed earlier as she went looking for her dog. She knew something was wrong after she fired a shot to scare any intruders off and he remained in the corner silent, looking at her. The ride to the sheriff's station was only a few more miles East of where they were. She found him odd, he didn't speak, and didn't move, he just stared at her. He must have been somewhere between 8-10 years old, his lips were dry and chapped, his skin pale, white as the snow surrounding them. His eyes were big and brown, he barely blinked while staring at the lady driving.
The snow was picking up making it harder for the woman to see the road. She could barely see the town lights ahead of her. As she was turning towards a main road she noticed a black lump in front of her. The snow made it impossible for her to see what the black lump was, she slowed down and parked her truck.
'Stay here', she closed the truck door behind her, the little boy's eyes following her every movement. She could feel the cold piercing wind against her face as she got closer to the black lump in the middle of the road. The snow made it hard for her to move, after a few moments of struggle she was close enough to see what was lying in front of her.
It was a girl, a teenager wrapped in a large black blanket, she could only see the top of her head. The woman couldn't see the girl's face, the cold wind made it hard for her to turn the girl around. As she began turning the girl's body she heard the clanking of her truck door slam shut. Thinking that the boy had ran off she started cursing her bad luck all while pulling the blanket off the girl's body.
When she was finally able to take off the blanket she noticed that the girl was dead, she was covered in hives and her face was swollen beyond recognition. The woman stepped back in horror as she saw the condition of the body, behind her she heard someone approaching. She started screaming for help and ran back to her truck.
She locked the doors in her truck and began crying, ahead of her the body of the girl was left uncovered and exposed. A faint silhouette began approaching standing out from the white all around them. She covered her mouth and began praying silently, the boy was walking towards the truck slowly, he stopped in front of the dead body and knelt down. The boy had black goo coming out of his mouth, his eyes were entirely black and he had hives growing from his body at an alarming rate. He started caressing the body as she watched in horror. After a few moments the girl's body started to move, the woman turned on her truck alarmed at the possibility that the girl might still be alive.
Large black spores started rupturing out of the girl's body, the body began to shake violently as the boy watched. Black goo started coming out of the spores and the hives began turning purple. The girl slowly got up, the broken bones in her body made it a terrifying sight for the woman. The girl's broken arms hanged, the black goo stained her outfit.
The girl's body stood in front of the truck, she walked slowly as the woman watched paralyzed with fear. Just as the woman was about to hit the gas the girl's body suddenly lunged forward and broke through the front window of the truck... The woman's screams echoed throughout the silent night as the sheriff turned on his truck...
A few hours later the sheriff started driving toward's the town doctor's house... he had found a young girl hiding behind some dumpsters at the station. He was worried about the young girl's health especially because she was found during a blizzard. He wanted the doctor to check her out, he began talking to the girl trying to get her to say anything that might give him a clue as to where her parents were however she remained quiet and stared at him as he drove....
